Playdate

Hi there-

Lucas is enjoying another playdate today with our neighbor Hannah! Here are some pics and video from the morning. Keep in mind Hannah is two and a half and Lucas just turned one. They were the same size clothes!!! 12-18 months!!! She is so petite.
We have another playdate tomorrow with Manny(4) and Miles (20 months). Next week we have a playdate scheduled already for Tuesday with a family that John goes to school with, they have three boys 2, 4 and 6 years old.

Update!

Well I don't have much to say this time...no new pics either.

I just wanted to update everyone on Lucas' progress.

We had a dr appointment on friday for his 1 year check up....he weighed 23 pounds and was 31 inches long. He is in the 75th percentile for weight and 90th for height...his head circumference was 75 as well....he is growing steadily, no concerns there. He is showing steady gain developmentally as well. The only slight concern is language...he is only saying mama, dada, byebye right now and they are wanting 2 more words...they said no need to be worried until about 18 months if he isn't adding more words regularly. His ears looked great...we really think his allergy medication is helping with that....we don't have to return until April!!! Lets hope he stays healthy!!!

We have a 1 year old!!!!

It is official...we have a 1 year old!!!! :-)

Lucas turned 1 at 1231pm today. We celebrated by sleeping in until 830, atleast mommy and the birthday boy did. We then played and went to meet Daddy at McDonalds for lunch. Lucas had his first happy meal!!! Afterwards we went to Target so Lucas could pick out his birthday present. We ended the day with our neighbor ms Lorrie coming over to share some cake and see what Lucas got for his first birthday.

We have a playdate scheduled for tomorrow and then his 1 year dr appointment on friday!!
